Nikki Griffin is co-owner of Voiceworks Studio and the current conductor for Teen Indie. She is an MA graduate from the Cork School of Music MTU, and has also received a first class honours BMus from the same institute. Nikki founded the Teen Indie Choir with Alison Ronayne in 2023, and has conducted the choir since through various performances including the Solas Festival at the Cork Opera House and most recently conducted the choir at Eimear Crehin's Gra Mor national tour. Nikki's passion with this choir is to promote creativity and community for teenagers in Cork City. She believes strongly in encouraging each and every member to get involved in both singing as a member of the group and finding confidence with their own voice, as well as co-writing arrangements to all member suggested songs. This means every member of the choir feels valued, and adds idea and sound to every song.
